I own Snowjam Extreme 2's , Line FFpros, Bomber Elite 2 , and Zero pro bindings. For me what the Receptor does is to take the best of previous bindings and put them together into the best non release binding on the market . It is light weight like the Bombers , has the ease of micro adjustment for boot size like the Line FFpros , with full set back options like the Zeros. Although the set back options on the inserts are less then the Zeros, the Receptors have the largest boot adjustment range available on the market allowing for equal set back cabability to the Zeros . This binding should also fit huge boot sizes ! The binding has a super tight boot to binding interface and binding to board interface with a full length pad to provide shock absorption . The front bale width is narrower then the Zeros and Line ff pros but not as narrow as the Bomber Elite 2's providing a tighter interface for the front of the boot but still allowing all kinds of boots to fit including Alpine touring boots. Bales are nice and thick and the construction quality is top notch . All screws are easily adjustable with the supplied tool . A nice touch are the collars on the front and back bales which prevent the bales from shifting side to side . Great binding ! Awesome design work .. really shows that Greco took time to figure it all out and that he is a rider himself ..
