greco has done an amazing job not only keeping the sport alive but trying to expand it.Now its our turn I want everyone who loves skiboarding and is at a level to compete to head west in november for the rail jam at winterpark. its a skier comp. lets show up and kick the skiers off the podium.how great would it be for the sport for not a single skier to be on the podium at a skier comp. any thaughts or Ideas should be directed to me (not greco hes got enough going on) I will be setting this up. and depening on the number of particpants I may be able to accomidate places for riders to stay.I have a couple years left to compete and I plan to leave my mark on this sport that has givin so much to me over the last 10 years. I can be contacted at Brett@revel8skiboards.com.

ehh, i tried to compete in winterparks comp, in dec '05 (used to live in denver) but was a no go, unless you got the A-O-K from winterpark i doubt there going to just let skiboarder to compete, plus i believe mt.evans has finally opened up w/alllll park, would be a more of a thought to hit up Evans then winterpark for the best chances of a Yes on skiboarders riding in any colorado contests

I am in the process of getting all the neccisary OKs to enter a skier comp @ winter park. and they probobly wouldnt let you do it cause your boards were under 100cm which is usally the stipulation for skier comps( this keeps kids that are to you small out of harms way

Is there any way to create its own division??? Like an uder 110? That would be sweet if you could get the man power.

Screw that, better to get people on 110's and 120's to beat the skiiers in their own division. Having a skiboard division at this point would just lead to skiiers saying that we weren't good enough to be in their bracket, so they made one for us.

skafreak makes a good point. plus in CO we may not have enough riders for our own division.and beating a bunch of good skiers is how we gain lagitamacy in snow sports we want to be a force to be reconed with.any disagree

Dude ... PM me on who you are trying to get the OK through?

I work here ... I work with them daily and especially for comps since I did the online registration.
