A few questions and comments have come up about boot weights. Please post your boot weights.

The weight of my boots (all 28.0 mondo) using a digital scale are as follows:

Full Tilt Konflict: 2076 grams (4.56#) each stock
Full Tilt Konflict & SureFoot Foot beds: 2151 grams (4.73#) each (current boot)

    Salomon 4.99 Verse: 2187 grams (4.81#) each

Salomon 6.0 Performa & Booster Strap: 2413 grams (5.30#) each
Salomon 6.0 Performa, Intuition Liners & Booster Strap: 2240 grams (4.92#) each

EDIT 3/14/2010: remeasured with more accurate digital scale

My boots were at around 3.5 lbs. I couldn't get a really accurate measurement because I used a very crude scale.

I have the Salomon Verse CFs. I'm guessing the CF stands for Comfort Fit. They are comfortable. I don't know what they weigh. They seem heavy, much heavier than a pair of Raichles I used to wear.

    Skiboards:
    2013 Spruce Sherpas w/Tyrolia Peak 11s
    2015 RVL8 Blunt XLs w/Tyrolia Attack 13s
    2018 Spruce Crossbows w/Tyrolia Peak 11s
    2017 RVL8 Sticky Icky Ickys w/Tyrolia SX 10s

    Boots:
    Salomon X-Pro 80

Past boards: Salomon Snowblades, Line MNPs 89 & 98 cm, Five-Os, Bullets, Jedis, Spruce 120s, LE 125s, Ospreys
Summit 110s, Nomads, Jades, RVL8 ALPs, BWPs, KTPs, Tanshos, Rockets, DLPs, Blunts, Condors, RCs, Revolts, Spliffs

    Slow,

My Full Tilt Model A's weigh an even 4.0 lbs ea. on a good scale. I can't weigh my other boots (Rossi Soft Lights) because they're being shipped to the place we're staying in Aspen next week, but they feel like they're filled with lead shot compared to the full tilts.

BTW, here are my foot specs for your survey in the other thread:

    foot length: 28.7 cm
    foot width: 10.4 cm
    I typically wear a US 10 1/2 D width in a work boot.
FT boot size: M29 (liners HAVE been heat molded, being re-molded as I write this)

    Thanks for the data Bill.

I need to find a better scale to be sure of the weights. I am comfortable with the relative weights, but not the absolute values.

    Have fun in Aspen.

Anyone have the weight on the FT Hot Doggers? Was curious to see how much lighter they are.

    Thanks ERiN.

Just goes to show that the recreational soft boots are light and well suited for skiboarding. As Jack said in a nother post, there is no need to buy high end boots if you can find the right size receational boot.

Just got some 07/08 SPK Kaos boots. Seem to weight about 5 lbs apiece, according to a piece of garbage scale.
