Return Policy

questions asked. Exceptions are: Boots were worn outside or boots are
not in new condition. We suggest you try them
on in your living room.If the boots do not fit properly, keep the first set of boots,
and we’ll ship you a new set, so you can compare how the two
feel. Once you have tried both sizes and have determined which
is correct, then you can call us for an RA (Return Authorization)
Number.
Return the pair you don’t want, and we’ll refund your credit
card. We can also offer an exchange or store credit. Or, you
can keep both pairs and sell the other to a buddy. Whatever
is easier for you.
