Description
The new 2018 RVL8 DLP skiboards mark the first time a custom, original watercolor painting has been used for a skiboard graphic. The amazing artist Misty Segura-Bowers, worked tirelessly with RVL8, Dave Lynam and Greco to create this striking piece of art. The piece incorporates a portrait along with a photograph of Dave carving in deep powder. The photograph was shot by Greco this past March at Kirkwood, Lake Tahoe during Shredfest IX. Dave Lynam’s skiboarding credentials are endless. As the brother of longtime pro skiboarder Adam Lynam, Dave had large ski boots to fill and he’s done it, even more so. The DLP’s 110cm length and profile is ideal for landing jumps, sliding rails, floating through moderate to deep powder and obtaining maximum speed (Dave has reached 80mph) while carving groomers. If you’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting Dave you know how stoked he is on skiboarding, having fun and life in general. He just hopes some of that rubs off on every person who rides his 110cm DLP skiboards.
Mikey Hoffman –
These are my absolute favorite skiboards. DLPs are the 100% all around board for me. From the ice of the East Coast to the fresh powder of a storm, these boards can go anywhere. They were my immediate favorite from the first day I strapped them on. A favorite confirmed in the 2020 East Coast Connection day of “variable conditions/alternating terrain.” They handled EVERYTHING with ease!!! The BEST board in my opinion.
