In October of 2010 Dave Bloom launched the very first episode of The Junk Show. The video featured Dave and some friends thirsting to get out in the summer and do some riding. At the time, it seemed as though just another video had hit the internet for a couple of views. After the attention built up, more and more episodes began coming out each month. The first season went on to capture a journey including an East Coast season kick off, Shredfest III, Spring Steez, life in Colorado, and the very first Junk Show Tour. It also became the home to team rider Brandon Enouf as both he and Dave swept the 2011 Skiboarding Riders’ Choice Awards. Season two was no different as Dave and Brandon (and sometimes Matt) traveled all over the United States, riding with friends both old and new, and once again winning awards at the 2012 Skiboarding Riders’ Choice Awards.
For 2013, the board that started it all is back and paired with the series that’s keeping it going. This year brings a fresh look to the Revolt as it partners up and becomes the first signature board of The Junk Show. Just like the videos that take you all over the world of skiboarding the Revolt still stands as the top selling all around board from RVL*8. Get your pair and take them to the cliffs, the park, the groomers, the deep pow, or anywhere else you find a craving to slide that sweet stuff. Who knows, your face may even end up on an episode of The Junk Show.
