Shipping Policy

We know when you order online you want the goods as soon as possible, that’s why we are committed to 24-36hr, or less, processing of all orders (provided the items are in stock).
When your domestic order ships you’ll receive an email from FedEx containing the tracking info so you can track your package online. If you would like “signature required” service for your package please request it in the “special instructions” block at checkout.  You can always look up the status of your order through our site.  To determine shipping options simply enter the items you want into your shopping cart and on the shopping cart page you’ll see a real-time shipping calculator. Enter your address info (note: please complete all fields) and customized weight based shipping options will be displayed.  Any shipping problems must be reported within 30 days of the date your order was shipped.  International orders ship via USPS or FedEx, and depending on which service you select, can take from 5-14 days.
